Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after payment has been made; this applies to all purchases including merchandise pending shipping. 
Occasionally an item may become back ordered or sold out after your purchase. If this happens full refunds will be issued for sold out items. If an item becomes back ordered you will be notified & given the option of waiting for your merchandise or receiving a full refund; it's completely your choice. 1) If you're unhappy with your merchandise please contact me within 3 days of receiving your merchandise & I will help you solve the problem. 2) DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. YOU MUST CONTACT ME FIRST TO OBTAIN EITHER EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS or A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. 3) After getting the returned product, we will refund the customer for the item's price (excluding the original shipping costs to you).
