Beautiful Vintage Black Dress with pleated chiffon skirt and chiffon trim on top. Ties on shoulders. The trim on top can hang down in either the front or the back.

Small hole to right side of chest, at bust seam. There is an area of the skirt where the chiffon top layer is a different length, guessing the waist was mended and it changed the chiffon length. See last photos for close ups.
