Special Packaging

We have a dedicated shipping department and take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We understand what we are shipping and know the care it requires. We use new boxes and top quality packaging materials and equipment. For high value and high sensitivity items that require special packaging, we wrap the instruments in foam followed by several layers of high quality bubble wrap and shrink wrap to seal the product in a protective bubble so the product always arrives in the condition in which you purchased it. If you check our feedback you will see we never have any of our equipment arrive damaged due to improper packaging! We receive several feedbacks stating how well it was packaged.

Standard Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping methods are chosen for you at our discretion, either by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility.

International shipping

As previously stated, our standard shipping price listed is only good for the continental United States. Contact us for a quote for international shipments. All standard International Shipments do not offer confirmation or insurance, but they can be included for an additional cost. All International customers are responsible for their country's duties & taxes. Please check with your country's requirements before purchasing.

International Freight

For international freight, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. 

International Shipping Restrictions

In order to be eligible for standard international shipment, items must have a final sale price of at least $150. In order to be eligible for international freight shipments, items must have a final sale price of $1,500.

All equipment purchased from Amp Tech Solutions LLC. includes a 30 day parts and labor warranty unless otherwise specified in the listing. Amp Tech Solutions LLC, warranties that should a product purchased from or repaired by us fail to meet its advertised specifications, within its stated warranty period, (period begins on shipment date) we will replace, repair or refund the product at our discretion.

Listings Sold in "NOT WORKING/PARTS ONLY" condition do not  qualify for refunds or warranty coverage of any kind.

Unless specifically stated in writing otherwise, all warranty service is performed at our facility in Orlando, Florida. Customers are responsible for all packing & transportation costs associated with the return of any item for warranty repair. The above mentioned warranty shall be sole remedy of the purchaser with Amp Tech Solutions LLC

Amp Tech Solutions LLC will not be responsible for any liability beyond the repair/replacement/refund options stated. We do not take responsibility for the suitability of the equipment to fit a particular application. We are not responsible for the customer's ability to operate the equipment that they purchase. The customer's configuration requirements are their responsibility to verify.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us first so we can rectify the situation immediately. You do not need to open a case on eBay or leave negative feedback, your complete satisfaction is more than enough motivation for us to do whatever it takes to make things right! 

We will not accept any return on an item listed for "parts or repair/not working" 

Returns arising from buyers ignorance or buyers remorse will incur a 20% return fee IF accepted. 

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

All items must be returned in exact condition received, including any accessories & packaging when applicable. You are also responsible to make sure the item is shipped back to us in a safe and secure manner, if it is damaged when we receive it the package will be refused.  If tampering is detected or our security seals are altered in any way, no refund will be issued regardless of reason for return.
