Postage
- Where items are sold with free postage, it only applies to metro areas. If you reside in an area where metro postage fees are insufficient, then you will be required to pay for additional postage. If you refuse, the sale will be cancelled
- If you live in an area where you are unsure of whether standard postage fees are sufficient, then contact us for postage fees prior to bidding
- Standard Postage fees are fees sufficient to cover a delivery of an item to major cities & their close surrounding areas in Australia, does not apply to Tasmania or NT
- Delivery address MUST match the address on your Ebay account from which the item has been purchased. If it does not match then you must either pay by direct debit, local pick-up or change the address on the account, this is an Ebay rule to ensure protection for both parties
Payment
- Accepted payments are PayPal, Direct Debit
- If paying by Direct Debit use your EBay username as reference
- If the items are not paid for within 3 days, we will assume that it is failure to pay and an unpaid item strike will be requested to be placed against the buyer
Packing, Insurance & Delivery
- Our postage costs do not include Packaging & Handling, packing and handling is included in the price of the item. We always try to save you on shipping as much as possible, therefore we use number of different couriers
- Items are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment clearance, please allow up to 5 business days for packing of larger items
- We ensure that our items are packed to withstand normal handling procedures, however there is always a possibility of damage during transport, therefore we would always suggest additional insurance cover
- Insurance can be purchased on items for an extra fee, the fees are directed by the courier, you will need to pay for any fees associated with this service
- In the event of damage, we will co-operate with you & the courier to receive compensation for any damages sustained while items are being transported, only if the items have had insurance cover
- In the event the buyer has not purchased any extra insurance and the item is damaged in transport, we will not offer a refund, partial or full, for the damaged item
- If you wish you can elect your own courier to deliver your items, in this case, we will pack the item if required and you will be responsible to organize the pickup
