When will your order be shipped?

United Storage will dispatch all orders once payment has been received.

  • All orders placed before 2:00pm Melbourne time, will be dispatched next day (Monday to Friday only excluding public holidays.)
  • All orders placed after 2:00pm Melbourne time, will be dispatched in two days (Monday to Friday only excluding public holidays).

What courier company do we use?

United Storage has strong relationship with multiple road freight courier companies. To save our clients on delivery fees, we utilize pricing of multiple companies for optimal discount.

NOTE : Delivery of shelves, are done strictly door to door - Curb Side Service. This means that Driver will not take Bulky items up flight of stairs or difficult to access areas. Driver will make decision based on his sole discretion as to the level of assistance to provide upon delivery. As such, we strongly recommend, particularly for Bulky Items, to have a number of people assisting with delivery. If you require Couriers to take Bulky item up flight of stairs or difficult to access areas, special arrangement can be made for additional fees (in most cases around $250.00 extra).

Is pickup available?

United Storage provides pickup options. Pickup available between 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday only.

All orders can be picked up at: 23 Citiwest Court, Altona North, Victoria 3025 

Is drop shipment option available?

Yes. United Storage will be happy to ship to any address excluding PO boxes & parcel lockers. We do not ever send invoice with the Delivery. All invoices are emailed.

What would delay delivery?

  • Not providing STREET delivery address. All deliveries require signature and hence we cannot ship to PO BOX address.
  • Not providing contact number for delivery. Phone number is required by Courier company in case they need to contact the Purchaser.
  • No one is at the delivery address. Delivery will have to be rescheduled and re-delivery fee of $35.00 will be charged.
  • Please email us if you have any special requirements for your delivery and we will gladly assist.

What if goods are damaged in transit?

When products received are visibly damaged upon delivery - please do not accept delivery. Upon signing delivery docket, you are accepting delivery in good condition and we cannot guarantee replacement.
Please take photos of the damage and email us for any damages occurred during delivery.
All items damaged during delivery: WILL BE REPLACED.

Who do I contact to check progress of delivery?

Upon request via email, United Storage will email you all required Courier details to contact Couriers Company responsible for delivery. Unless they advice that item has been lost or damaged, we are NOT able to contact them on your behalf.

How long does delivery take (working days)?

Melbourne: 3 Days
Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide: 4 Days
Brisbane: 5 Days
Perth and Hobart: 7 Days
Regional areas may take 2-3 days extra.

We offer a 30 day exchange or refund policy. Return the Item to us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer you a full refund of the final product price.

All postage, insurance and shipping costs are responsibility of the Purchaser. We recommend that you ship using some traceable method that can provide proof of delivery. Any refund of the purchase price of the returned product will exclude delivery charges. If you received free delivery then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.
