Duel purpose flange / tool. It can act as a muffler spacer / heat shrink on your 064 if you set it up that way or if you love your STIHL Special Tools then this one works super well as a muffler blanking flange too. All you need is some rubber sheet to place behind it and then you tighten it down to  seal off your cylinder port... this of course allows you to do your pressure and vacuum testing. If your using this tool as a blanking flange it will fit all the medium range of STIHLS saws, from 034, 036, 038 up to 661 and maybe more as well. This Flange is really a bit of a must have in your box of tricks if your serious about being an onto it STIHL technician.
