RAMAIR induction kit with heat shield to suit VAG 1.8T 20V engines with a 70mm MAF/AIRFLOW METER

Fits the following vehicles :-

Audi A3 8L 1.8T 20v 150/180 BHP

Audi TT 8N 1.8T 20v 150/180 BHP

Seat Leon 1M 1.8T 20v 150/180 BHP

Skoda Octavia 1.8T 20v 150/180 BHP

VW Golf MK4 1.8T 20v 150/180 BHP

This induction kit is designed for Golf GTI, Audi A3, TT, Seat Leon and other vehicles sharing the VW Golf MK4 platform that use the 1.8T 20v petrol engine and use the smaller 70mm external diameter MAF sensor housing.

What does it do?

- This kit allows for increased airflow and induction noise over the factory air intake equipment.

- This kit mounts to standard factory air box mounting points and has provision for the breather pipework found on some 1.8T air boxes.

Package Includes:

Ramair Jetstream Cone Air Filter

A spun aluminium base cone air filter, utilizing our dual layer foam and stainless steel cage construction with a double-radius inlet which acts a velocity stack, minimizing inlet turbulence and maximizing flow.

Silicone Connector

4-ply high-quality silicone coupler to connect the filter to the MAF housing.

Heat Shield with OEM mounting points

Laser cut, precision folded heat shield powder-coated in black, is designed to fit directly to the standard OEM factory air box mounting points without the need for modification. The heat shield helps maintain low intake temperatures by providing a physical barrier between the air filter and the rest of the engine bay and directing the air from the factory cold feed around the filter cone.

Full Fitting Kit

Includes all nuts, bolts, hose clamps, rubbers, and high quality silicone hose necessary to fit the kit to a standard car.

Cobra Sport Exhausts are generally made to order and average times are 2-15 working days. We will contact you within two working days of placing your order for the estimated build and dispatch time.

Some MIlltek Systems can be 1-4 weeks.

We highly recommend not making any bookings or arrangements to have items fitted until you take delivery. As much as we would love every order/delivery to be 100% perfect, 100% of the time, this isn't always possible, sometimes there are unforeseen or out of our control delays.

You are responsible for paying any relevant customs duties, import charges, or other international fees upon delivery in your country. They are not included in the item's purchase and postage price. We recommend you research this before you place an order.

Returns

We abide by the current distance selling regulations.

Unused and items still brand new, in original packaging, can be returned for any reason up to 14 days after delivery. We do not cover the return postage costs.

Returns sent back between 14 and 30 days may incur a re-stocking fee and will also be refunded less the original P&P costs that WE incur when sending you the item.

Returned items "must" be returned unfitted and in a new condition. They must be able to be sold as a new item when returned.

If you have an item that is faulty, this will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty (manufacturers terms and conditions apply)

Special order items and/or made to order items are not always returnable. If it is an item suitable for being returned you may incur a restocking fee.
