As the compressor operates in a continuous on-off cycle, it is exposed to wear and tear down whenever the air conditioning is on.

However, the bad sealing and bad lubrication is the most common cause of the compressor failure !!!

Failures can occur, when refrigerant leaks through leaking O-rings or seals!

The air conditioning system has a very complex structure that requires the use of many elements needed for its installation. These are different sizes of O-rings and gaskets.

For the air conditioning to be efficient, its system must be well sealed. Failure of the air conditioning system is manifested in a decrease in cooling efficiency and loss of coolant at a rate of more than 10% per year.

Proper installation of the air conditioning system on dedicated mounting elements ensures its maximum tightness, and thus the economy and efficiency of use as well as environmental protection against the effects of the refrigerant leaks.

Symptoms of bad condition of the compressor seals:

- Inefficient cooling,

- Noise when air conditioning is on,

- Clutch not working:  clutch is to coupling and uncoupling the pulley with the compressor.
