By using this product you will not only have the satisfaction of creating it yourself, but for far less money than hiring in a professional.

Please note: that our garden edging is made from plastic and is flexible enough to roll 10 m of it to a 40 cm circle (for delivery purpose), of course it flexibility has the limit. We recommend to keep the product in room temperature for 24h to get warm before fitting, work with the product in warm (sunny) weather or to warm the product before fitting it. It is then much easier to use it and much less risk of it snapping.

Due to lighting effect, monitor's brightness etc, there could be some slight differences in the colour between the photo and the actual item, Hope you can understand.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Please note:
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to check that the goods we are delivering to you are complete and in an acceptable condition before signing for the delivery. When you sign for delivery you accept that you received your item in a good condition. If after a couple of days you contact us saying that your item is faulty then we may refuse to replace it or to make a full refund.

Delivery

All items will be posted within 24 hours of purchase except at Weekends and Bank Holidays; these will be posted in next working day. All items will be shipped to buyer's Ebay address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in Ebay matches the address you would like us to ship to.
