Returns All our quality used parts are tried tested and marked before being removed from its vehicle and carry a 28 day warranty, engines and gearboxes carry a 90 day warranty. Genuine faulty goods will be replaced; in the event that a replacement is not available a full refund will be issued. We MUST be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. ln the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer does not need the part or has been ordered in error, the BM Centre must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the customer?s expense using a recorded and signed for postage service. Delivery costs will not be refunded and a 20% handling restocking fee will be applied. Please inspect all parts prior to signing to check for damage caused in transit, if the courier refuses, simply ask the driver to sign as "DAMAGED". This is to ensure that if necessary a claim can be made against the courier, if this is not adhered to claims for damage against the courier cannot be made.
