Description: All nine (9) teams the Fordham Rams met in 1935 were.500 or better with all but one exhibiting winning records.  Despite this gauntlet, the Fordham Rams finished 6-1-2 including a very impressive 21-0 win over previously undefeated NYU (New York University Violets) at New York Yankees Stadium.  This game was played on November 2, 1935 and it resulted in a 0-0 tie.  Although the 1936 and 1937 teams are most closely associated with the 7 or seven blocks of granite (Al Babartsky, John Druze, Ed Franco, Vince Lombardi, Leo Paquin, Nat Pierce, and Alex Wojciechowicz who are all pictured inside), this team was very successful defensively.  Additionally, Jim Crowley (The Four Horsemen of Notre Dame) and Frank Leahy (7 National Championships with Notre Dame) were on the coaching staff.  Jim Crowley is pictured and Vincent Vince Lombardi is shown individually as well as in the team picture.  This program is in Good condition and it is exhibits strong visual appeal.
