Measures 6" high x 4 1/2" wide. Dressed in red, white and black. Gold beard, hair, and brows. Pipe moves up and down. Tight seams. Made in the early 1960's. Philips head screw attaching the body pieces together which is ordinary for this time period. Excellent condition with very slight wear of the paint over the years. Deposit coins from the top of his head. Significant in weight so that in this posture he is not easiy tipped over.
