We offer COMBINED SHIPPING.
WE offer express shipping for an additional charge. If you need this in a hurry please e-mail us for more details.
We usually ship the same day or in 1 business day after receiving cleared payment.
We do not ship on the weekends and on National holidays / extreme weather conditions.
WE will gladly ship to ; P.O. Box / APO/FPO addresses .
Please allow 1-2 additional business days for delivery to AK, HI, and all U.S. Terr. and APO/FPO addresses.
US orders will arrive within 2 to 5 days of payment.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once we create your shipping label.
Please note, the tracking number can take up to 24-48 hours to update on the carrier's tracking system

International shipping:

We ship worldwide.
You are responsible for all Taxes & Duties - which might be charged upon delivery.
Please contact your local customs agent to determine your estimated taxes & duties.
All international shipments are thoroughly inspected to assure perfect product fulfillment.
We are here to help our international customers to save on the import fees.
Sorry, returns are not accepted on international orders due to the customs and shipping fees.
Shipping time for the International orders can take up to 3-6 weeks.
If your package delayed, please contact your local transit company or your country customs.

RETURNS POLICY 
To qualify for a hassle-free return, you must pay with PayPal and have the item shipped to a US address. 
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Most of the times; buyer is responsible for shipping fees unless we shipped you a wrong/damaged item.
Sorry, returns are not accepted on international orders due to the customs and shipping fees. 
All returns as subject to a 20% restocking fees.

  HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE 
Please contact us before returning your item.
To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your account; all returns and exchanges must be in brand new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached.
Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
Returned shoes must be in STORE BOUGHT CONDITION in the original retail shoe box with all bonus/gift items might have received.
The Return Label must be applied to the shipping box and NOT the retail shoe box or no refund will be issued.
Please Make sure you either double box the Shoe box or wrap it up that we can re-sell the product as "Brand New" condition.
Damaged boxes will not be accepted or will be charged 50% fees.
