PET-G

The PET-G Standard filament by ROSA3D offers easy printing which is comparable to PLA. It is dedicated to users dealing with both amateur and professional 3D printing. The details made using PET-G Standard are characterised by great precision, adhesion to the table, no odour, and low moulding shrinkage. Printouts from PET-G Standard feature strong chemical resistance. They can be subjected to sandblasting, drilling, sawing, sanding, cutting or painting without damage to their integral structure. The PET-G Standard filament is manufactured from food-grade materials, in compliance with European Union and FDA regulations.

PET-G + CF

The PET-G+CF filament by Rosa3D was designed for printing structural elements and moving parts of machines, where higher durability and heat resistance are required.

PET-G+CF printouts are characterised by negligible moulding shrinkage, they are odourless and feature very strong bonding between layers. The material has a graphite, matte surface and a smooth, almost sateen, structure, and is relatively easy to print.
Negligible moulding shrinkage allows for printing in an open device.

The PET-G+CF filament features a strong chemical resistance and the addition of carbon fibre enhances its mechanical and heat durability as well as its impact strength, which ensures universal application of this material.

  • Oval tolerances  +/-0.02 mm
  • Net weight  - 0,5kg
  • Print temperature (°C) 240-270 °C

PET-G CarbonLook

PETG CarbonLook by ROSA3D was designed for printouts in which the visual effect of the object is more important than its industrial application.

A small addition of carbon fibers used in PETG Standard material results in print with a satin-like surface and hardly visible layers, with only a slight stiffening. A possibility of obtaining a delicate transparency in thin-walled prints is an additional advantage.

Printing with PETG CarbonLook is characterized by a low level of stringing and excellent layer adhesion. Obtaining amazing results is possible as easily as with PETG Standard filament. The material shows no shrinkage and doesn’t require a closed chamber. Due to a low content of carbon fibers in the material, its abrasion is lower than in case of PETG+CF, which translates into less wear on the printing nozzle.

ASA

ASA filament (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylic) by ROSA3D is a UV resistant, moisture resistant and heat resistant polymer. ASA’s UV resistance makes it an ideal material for outdoor applications, that are going to be exposed intensively to the sun and various weather conditions. ASA is suitable when you need an efficient material, which is going to cause less printing problems than ABS. The filament has lower shrinkage level, and the produced odor is much less perceptible. The softening point for ASA printouts is higher compared to PLA and PETG, there are no signs of deformation up to temperatures close to 94 ° C. The exceptional mechanical and thermal properties of ASA as well as excellent resistance to UV radiation make it an perfect material and an ABS alternative for use in the automotive and marine industries and for outdoor applications such as mirror housings, covers, radiator covers and sensor housings.

  • Print temperature (°C) 220-250 °C
  • Table temperature (°C) 90-110 °C

BioWOOD

BioWOOD by Rosa3D is an easy to print FILAMENT recommended for both professionals and beginners. The material displays very minor moulding shrinkage in printing, and can be printed in an open device. BioWOOD printouts can be subjected to mechanical treatment (such as sanding, lathe work, drilling, etc.) as well as painting and lacquering, like wooden elements.BioWOOD is manufactured from a biopolymer consisting of 100% natural and 100% renewable resources. They decompose in a natural oxygen-free environment (compost - up to 5 weeks) and in water (contrary to PLA, which decomposes in strictly specified conditions).BioWOOD has a food grade certificate and smells like natural wood.

  • Oval tolerances  +/-0.02 mm
  • Net weight  - 0,5kg
  • Print temperature (°C) 190-210 °C
  • Table temperature (°C) 50 °C

BioCreate

BioCreate from ROSA 3D is characterised by the simplicity of printing comparable to PLA. The material has a working temperature resistance of almost 120°C, which is much higher than PLA’s. It also has a low level of shrinkage when printed, thus, it can be printed in an open device, unlike ABS. BioCreate filament is made of a biopolymer consisting of 100% natural and renewable raw materials. They decompose in the natural environment under anaerobic conditions (i.e. compost) up to 12 weeks. BioCreate has a wide range of applications, from machine parts, through decorative elements, dishes, to toys and furniture. Printouts from BioCreate can be machined (ground, turned, drilled, etc.) and painted. BioCreate has a food grade certificate.

PA +15CF

The PA + 15CF filament by Rosa3D is a combination of nylon and carbon fibres. Combining the advantages of both materials allows to obtain a new product of extraordinary durability. The PA+15CF filament printouts are suitable for continuous work in temperatures exceeding 160°C. PA+15CF printouts can easily be used as substitutes for steel elements in order to reduce the total mass of the device or the construction. PA+15CF is characterised by its easy application in printing and, thanks to the carbon fibre filling, it features minor moulding shrinkage. Recommended especially for semi-professionals and advanced users. In printing with PA+15CF it is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles (brass and aluminium nozzles can be subject to abrasion), suggested size > 0.3mm.
