This is a rare used book, a limited edition of only 200 copies 95 of which are in research libraries. The value of the work is not only a facsimile of the original printing, but Professor Shweid's magisterial, 69 page Hebrew introduction to Crescas' approach. Crescas is difficult to understand as he created his own terminology for the words of Aristotle. He wrote to answer Maimonides. Therefore, this is of interest to anyone familiar with the Aristotelian position of Rambam, Maimonides, Moreh Nevukhim, the Guide for the Perplexed. For anyone who can read Ivrit interested in medieval and classical Philosophy.
