Stunning vintage Berber pendant made of sterling silver and decorated with coral and turquoise cabochons. The work is quite striking with the turquoise beads beautifully cut in a teardrop shape and the coral beads with silver rope decorating the piece.

The pendant measures approximately 3 inches high and approximately 2 inches wide. It weighs an hefty 59.3 grams.

This necklace is really spectacular, with gorgeous vintage Oxblood coral beads graduating in size from 20mm to 8mm and enhanced by four vintage Yemen "Dot Design" Silver Beads. These beautiful Yemen silver beads with the characteristic "Dot Design" are comprised of many tiny silver dots that have been hand applied to each bead, often with a little curly setting (reminiscent of a flower). These beads were made by Jewish silver smiths living in Yemen before World War II. These beads are beautiful gems. The beads have a lovely patina and are all just gorgeous. These beads, along with the large Oxblood coral beads and the Berber pendant are all part of my private collection, which I started in the late 80s. The very high quality Coral beads are from Mauritania and were hand-picked for quality and beauty by the buyer while in Morocco.

But the really wonderful thing about this necklace is it's overall "wow" factor. Put it on and you're ready to make a statement!

The necklace is 23 inches long, with an extender adding another 3 inches or so, and closes with a rhinestone lobster clasp.

This is an impressive piece of jewelry weighting 233 grams.

This wonderful necklace can be worn alone or layered with other necklaces. No matter how you wear it, enjoy the compliments!
