Item Condition: We guarantee this DVD to be in 100% working order, but only with the compatible vehicles listed below. Disc surface is in good condition, has been tested and it works good. Due to the nature of navigation discs spinning in the nav drive for long periods of time, they tend to develop light surface scuff marks or blemishes. This is purely due to normal usage.

Please Note: If your vehicle is a 2006 prius, 2006 4Runner, 2006 Sienna please double check your NAV system, making sure that it is a generation 4 system. If your vehicle came with a Generation 5 NAV reader, then this will not work for you. We do have other discs that will, so please contact us.

• Payment: PAY PAL PREFERRED. If you do not use Pay Pal, email us for other arrangements, prior to bidding. We require immediate payment via Pay Pal. • Shipping: Our shipping charge also includes a nominal handling fee, which helps us cover the cost of tape, packaging and the gas to drive to the post office. We normally ship Mondays through Friday, although Saturday shipping is also available upon request. We use USPS exclusively. If you want us to use another carrier, please email us ahead of time to make arrangements. (WE EXCLUSIVELY USE USPS)

• Customs Disclaimer:  International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Returns:  Navigation discs are considered to be software, and as such can be easily duplicated using a personal computer. For this reason, we do not refund navigation purchases. We will however accept returns for non-working discs or non-compatible discs, in trade for a like-kind exchange or store credit for other merchandise. If you receive your disc and find a problem with it, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and please return the disc as soon as possible, for an exchange. Return shipping will be at buyer’s expense.

• Feedback: We realize that it is impossible to please 100% of people, but we strive for complete customer satisfaction by doing all that we can to resolve any issues that may arise after sale.
