Package and Dispatch
The plastic OPP bags is the standard parcking; velvet pouch, folding box and hard paper box are optional. Please click the "Mixed colour" when choosing pen colour for accessing those options. Please Note:
-- Mixed colour means we choose pen colour randomly
-- Random colour of pouch or box will be dispatched if there is no indication.
-- The folding box may unfold for reducing marks in delivery, please contact us when needing help for folding.
We normall dispatch the items if you place order in 24 hours on working day if engraving instruction is clear. Please bear in mind that the unclear engraving instruction may cause delay.
Colour and engraving place
The logo/icon/image or text are marked in white colour on dark colour pen,the engraving colour on bright colour pens like silver/white may be less contract. And the engraving result may show differently from a different angle. There are multiple places can be used, the default engraving place is left or right side of the pen clip. Please let us know you would like a particular engraving place.
Engraving
The maximum texts can be TWO lines and there is no exactly words limits. Please bear in mind that the more words, the smaller font size.. After choosing the pen colour and packing (font types and icons are optional shown in the item picture), please write the texts to us. For example:

Box colour (if applicable,for multiple colour packing options)
-- For the multiple pens, please tell us each pen information in the above format if the contents are different.
-- For the engraving texts, please put them in the double quotation marks if it is ambiguous, e.g "Happy Birthday".
Please provide the texts in the personalisation box, or at check-out "NOTES TO SELLER" or sending via eBay "CONTACT THE SELLER"..
We mark the content which you provide, but we may abbreviate or capitalize to achieve the best layout for the over-length or common content. We can adjust the layout if you want some icons marked and the size, number and angle of the icon may be various. Please leave the specification when sending information, or we will do our best to make the layout. We may contact you via eBay message or mobile during design time. Electrical VAT receipt can be sent for purchased items on request in message specification. The available quantity of pens does not reflect our stock. You are welcome to contact us if your organization would like a bulk of pens. Thank you!
