Nebraska, Omaha City $1 1857 Remainder PMG 64 CHOICE UNCIRCULATED- GORGEOUS!!!!

Here is the ultra rare magnificent and always in hign demand the very scarce 1857  Nebraska, Omaha City $1 Remainder. Note is graded PMG 64 CHOICE UNCIRCULATED.

This lovely note from the "Bishop Hill Colony" comes from  an ill-fated colonization effort that succumbed to inner strife in 1861. The state repudiated this entire issue due to serious corruption involved in placing the order. As a result, no notes were ever issued to circulation and all are, therefore, technically remainders.

It is a fantastic investment grade example of a rare and popular type.  A flaming dream with deep fresh flashy ink color and blazing crisp freshness. Far more rare in this grade than others might imagine. Only one collector can own this grade rarity that serves to separate the truly great Confederate collections from the nearly great Confederate collections. A fabolus opportunity.

Outstanding quality of both paper and ink. The bright colors against the background are an aesthetic delight.

Scarce and highly sought after in the higher grades.
