This is the program from the December 30, 2008 Texas Bowl football game played between Rice University and Western Michigan.  The game was played in Reliant Stadium (now NRG Stadium) in Houston, Texas.  This was the third Texas Bowl.  The Rice Owls defeated the Western Michigan Broncos 38-13.
