Any scratches/dust/reflections are the toploader, not the card itself. These are right out of boxes and have NOT been removed from their holders. 

Shipping is by USPS Mail and all items will be shipped in a bubble envelope for only $10.00 to US and global shipping program for International shipping. Combine wins to save on shipping! Only $0.50 for each additional card won.
