How to use


  • Apply thinly using a good quality brush. Leave for at least 15 minutes; the surface will then be in a prime state ready to receive the GOLD or SILVER leaf.
  • This prime state will remain for up to 24 hours, allowing large projects to be handled with ease. Brush marks can be avoided by diluting the size with water.
  • The gold leaf glue may not be suitable for gold leaf which has element of copper as it may go green, you will need to put lacquer on the varnish.

This is a Special Formulated Acrylic Adhesive for Gold/Silver leaf work, with extended bonding time for bonding metal leaf to variety of surfaces.

The Gold & Silver Leaf Adhesive/ Glue- Comes in 15ml bottle with safety cap, ideal for Arts and craft, gilding work.

  • Each bottle contains 15ml of glue

  • Ensure good ventilation. 
  • Keep out of reach of children. 
  • Contact with eyes wash immediately with warm water. 
  • Remove excess from tools and mixing.

Unless you choose a specific delivery service, your order will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour post or Hermes 48 hour tracked post depending on the size of the goods ordered.
