This is an EXTREMELY RARE, COLLECTOR'S MUST HAVE. CDJ03 Skiff the Railboat is a sailboat who can run on rails. His sail raises and lowers, and his hull can rotate. Thomas The Tank Trivia: The prototype Skiff featured an angled mast, a taller body, a ledge between his hull and chassis, and a plain white sail. His sail is abnormally tall, meaning he is not able to fit under tunnels and bridges if his sail is up. Skiff is the first vehicle to use fabric. Item shown is my stock photo of one of many.
