Payment

  We accept payment by Paypal, cheque or postal order. 

        Please pay within 5 days of date of purchase.

    Any problems with payment, please let us know. We are always happy to help.

       Postage discounts given for multiple purchases. 

   Please 'Request Total From Seller' when you have finished to enable your invoice to be amended with combined postage.

Delivery

              All items are made to order so please allow up to 4 working days from receipt of payment for despatch.

       Items are posted Monday to Friday, Royal Mail First Class Delivery.

       If you haven't received your item within 10 working days after despatch please contact me.

     Items can be sent 'Recorded Delivery' if requested, at an extra cost of £0.95. Please contact us for details.

Returns

     If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will provide you with a full refund within 14 days of purchase, excluding delivery charges.

     All returned goods must include original packaging and returns are only accepted if the item is in its original condition.

Please notify us of your intention to return the item by email within 7 days from the date of receipt.

       We have no control over delivery times so please rate us on our despatch time and not the delivery time.
