are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you
pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do
not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts.”
Trekibles has been in the mail order business
for more than twenty years and will carefully pack each order for maximum
protection but we cannot be held responsible for packages damaged during
shipping. In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit, you must keep
all of the packaging material and boxes for an insurance claim. If your item is
damaged or lost in shipping, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier
for you to receive compensation. The shipping charge will not be refunded. We
cannot refund for shipping damage caused by the carrier.
