SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our items to the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

If an order is placed before 2 p.m., we will ship it on the same working day. 

Any later orders will be shipped the next working day. 

Please note we are closed on weekends. Our opening hours are: Mon-Fri 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept only PayPal payment method. Credit cards are also accepted by PayPal.

RETURNS POLICY

The seller provides a 30 day return policy as long as the item is in its original condition, packaging and unworn.

If the buyer wants to return an item please request a return through eBay as otherwise your refund may be delayed. Kindly include the invoice slip with your returned item and allow 7 days for the refund to be processed.

Please note it is the Buyers responsibility to return an item to us and we cannot process any refunds unless the item is received by us. The seller therefore advise the buyer to keep any proof of postage in the event the return is lost in the post.

If an exchange is required then please state it on a sheet of paper with details of the item you would like in exchange. Please include your eBay ID and name. The seller may charge the buyer for return postage.
