10 Hint for Safe Usage (these are guidlines, but not exhaustive)
- INSPECT sling for damge before and after each and every use.
- When anchoring to rough or sharp surfaces, protect anchor sling by using protective sleeve.
- DO NOT USE sling if there is any sign of cut webbing, snagging, heat or chemical damage, excessive wear, damaged seams, any other defects or presence of grit, abrasive materials or other detritus matter. Retire anchor sling on any visible signs of damage.
- Do not allow abrasive or other damaging grit to penetrate the fibres.
- Keep away from strong alkalies and acids.
- Consult anchor sling load configurations as shown.
- Do not use sling if sewn WWL tag is removed.
- Do not expose sling to temperatures above 75 degrees.
- Do not tie knots in sling webbing.
- Consult the Manufacturer's/Supplier's Recommendations for applications other than for personal anchoring.
