Does this item come up larger than the standard sizes?
Our normal products usually match the dimensions given above. However, in rare cases of shortages, we may use other brands. If you are concerned about the size, please contact us to check or order the next size up.
Can I change the colours?
For most items you can choose your main colour from the colour chart in the pictures. As each item is handmade to order, we can also often change colours within specific designs. We will try to accommodate your preferences, except during busy periods like Christmas, Easter, Halloween, and Valentines.
Printed or vinyl?
Depending on the complexity of the design, we use both printing and vinyl to create our designs. Complicated designs are usually printed, while vinyl is used for designs with glitter or texture.
What is Vinyl?
Vinyl is a type of PU film that is specially produced to 'weld' onto fabrics and similar items, creating unique designs. Our vinyl is environmentally friendly and PVC free, with most containing recycled polyester.
Is your vinyl safe?
Yes, if vinyl is used in your design, many are EN71-3:2019 Certified. The test report is available on request, ensuring safety standards are met.
How long will the vinyl design last?
The design should last the lifetime of the product, but in rare cases, it may lift slightly due to extreme cold weather or tumble drying. To resolve this, simply iron the back of the design with a dry iron for up to 10 seconds.
I love the glitter, but is it safe for children?
Yes, the glitter we use is safe for children once bonded to the fabric. Any residual specs will brush off or disappear after washing.
Can I personalise the design?
Yes, we can add a name or short message to most designs. In some cases, we can completely change the wording to suit your requirements. Please message/chat with us to discuss customization options.
Will you send a proof before printing my item?
In most cases, simple personalization changes don't require a proof, ensuring faster delivery. However, for more complex designs, we may send a proof, which could delay the postage. If you want a proof before printing, please let us know when placing your order.
Postage and Delivery:
We use 3-day couriers for delivery. If you need faster delivery, please contact us, but allow us the necessary manufacturing time, as everything is made to order. Our personalised items are usually dispatched within 3 working days. If you have specific delivery date requirements, also let us know, and we will ensure timely shipping.
Returns:
