Our alcohol-free pure vanilla extracts are made by hand by macerating our premium beans in organic plant-based glycerine with nothing else added. We allow these to mature until the exceptional vanillin content is absorbed. Our extracts are unfiltered. We do not remove the seeds from our extracts for re-use, or to sell as a separate product, leaving them in provides that attractive vanilla flecking effect, and don't we all want to see the seeds in the final product?
Alcohol-free vanilla extract has a natural sweetness gained from the organic glycerine base. No sugars are added, and recipes may need to be adjusted to account for this additional sweetness.A vegan/vegetarian product.
