A Medium Metal Poppy Seed Head

These metal poppy seed heads will look perfect placed in flower borders as a decorative feature but they could also be used at a plant support too. The stems have a natural looking wave to them.

They look great grouped in three's and five's, in fact any odd number!

Handmade in the Welsh border by us from solid steel bar with a natural rust finish. The poppy seed heads are supplied pre-rusted similar to as shown in the photographs, this will develop into an all over rust patina with further exposure to the elements.

You are welcome to collect, or we can arrange delivery. We use Evri for items under 1.2m long, Parcelforce 24hr for items over 1.2m and under 1.5m, and then Parcelforce 48hr Large service for items over 1.5m and under 2.4m. The shipping rate is calculated according to the weight and size of the item/s and the service used. We do not profit from our shipping charges and try to keep the cost as low as possible.

We will try and combine delivery when multiple items have been purchased but unfortunately this can’t always be done due the size limitations put in place by Evri and Parcelforce. For example, long items can usually be sent together and wide items can usually be combined but galvanized tubs etc of different sizes that do not fit inside each other may have to be sent individually. There are many different combinations that are not possible to combine, please feel free to contact us to make sure we can send the entirety of your order out with a combined postage discount. If you do purchase items which are not compatible for posting we will contact you.

This item, if not being collected, will be sent by a signed-for service, so need to be delivered to an address where someone will be in during the day. We are happy to send the package to a work address, neighbour or relative. As with all couriers, they will make two attempts at delivery, hold the package at their local depot for three days then return it to us. There will be a charge to return the package so please make sure you are able to take delivery!

The following Postcodes incur additional Evri delivery charges, if you would like the item delivered to an address in one of the areas below please contact us and we will give you a revised cost of sending the item. Unfortunately we can’t send larger items by Parcelforce to any of these zones due to the high increase in cost.

Payments

 

The preferred method of payment is PayPal or Bank transfer, please call 07531 110767 for banking details.

Shipping

All UK Deliveries are by Hermes or Parcelforce using fully tracked services. We aim to keep charges to the minimum required but please remember a small allowance for packaging costs has been included in the shipping costs.

We try to dispatch all items the same day if purchased before 11.00am on weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

When receiving a courier delivery please check for parcel damage before signing the acceptance form. If the parcel is damaged, please sign and write ‘damaged’ on the form or if the damage is extensive please refuse delivery.

In busy times such as Christmas the handling time may be unintentionally extended, we will contact you if the delay will be more than two working days.

Returns Policy

All items are checked and securely packed, please open carefully as some items are fragile. Any damage must be reported within three days and items returned within seven days in the original packaging for replacement or full refund.

If, in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item within seven days for a full refund. Purchasers are responsible for the return postage.

Lost Parcels

All items are fully tracked and insured for loss during shipping. If you do not receive an item, please contact us and we will file a claim against the relevant courier. Claims can only be filed 15 working days after the dispatch date and may take up to 6 weeks to complete.

If for any reason you feel disappointed with our service, please contact us before leaving negative feedback.

Please remember when rating dispatch time not to confuse it with delivery time. We always dispatch either the same day or the following day, delivery time is then out of our hands and we are totally reliant on the postal service or the courier.
