| Network unlock code (NCK) for Samsung devices locked to Vodafone UK
Duration: 1 - 72hours (Monday - Friday 10am -6pm) (max 7 working days) guideline only

- You will receive:
- Network code (NCK)
Simple Instructions - Agree with the time frame.
- Send us your 15-digit IMEI (which you can get by dialing *#06#) during check out or via eBay message, after you place the order.
- The time frame for 1-72 hours, Monday - Friday, normally at 90% of the time. 10% up to 7 days. Time frame is a guideline only, as there can be delays due to server issues/maintenance or unforeseen issues.
- If there is a code available, we will then send it to you along with the instructions.
- If there is no code found, full refund will then be provided.
- Please check that your phone is asking for the NCK (PIN) code before ordering. Just insert a non supported sim card and restart the phone.
Terms & conditions - Strictly no cancellation is allowed once order is placed.
- No refund will be provided if you provide us the wrong 15-digit IMEI, or the device is locked to another network, or the device is asking for the PUK code. This service supports only Vodafone UK
- If the code does not work, kindly contact us first and we will provide you a list of troubleshooting methods. If they still don't work, then a video proof is required.
- Please do not order if phone asks for MCK or PUK code
- Please do not order if phone is rooted or phone has unofficial firmware, code may not work.

- We will need you to make sure that your phone is asking for the code. Kindly restart the phone and try out a different work SIM and see if it asks for the code now.
- My phone is a dual sim phone. Do I provide you both IMEIs?
- We need only the first IMEI. And you only need to purchase this service once :)
