This is GP Energy G-RG148 Combustion Fan Radial Gas Blower 220/240VAC used part. 

This motor was removed by HVAC installer from a fully functioning systems on July 10th (2020). Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition. 

The motor was inspected by professional HVAC installer before listed.
