We’re a small team based right here in the UK, in God’s own County Yorkshire. We’re obsessed with watch straps - ensuring we provide you with the best designs, at the highest quality, for the lowest price.

We aim to expand our products over time. If you have a style of strap we don’t currently stock, please feel free to forward the design over for us to look at.

We only accept payment via Ebay’s payment system. All major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Ebay’s new payment system (ADYEN) accepted.

All UK items are sent Royal Mail Second Class. We aim to dispatch our items the same day. If not, they will be sent the next working day.

All overseas items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Please refer to the pricing (on the listing) for your country of residence.

Changed your mind? No problem. Simply let us know by following the Ebay returns process. Once it arrives back with us - we’ll issue you a full refund within 24 hours.

We even offer a 60-day return policy. Provided the strap has been unused, and still within its packaging, please feel free to return it.

Defective products. Obviously we’re confident that 99.999% of our products are of the highest quality but unfortunately sometimes mistakes happen. If a product arrives with a small defect, please let us know straight away and we’ll dispatch a replacement out to you FOC.

Q: Are you based in the UK and do you ship quickly?

A: Yep and Yep. We’re based in Yorkshire and 90% of our orders are shipped the same day. All other items will be shipped the next working day.

We ship free of charge via Royal Mail First Class.

Q: Do you ship outside of the UK?

A: We sure do. There will be a small charge for shipments outside the UK but we try to keep this as low as we possibly can.

Q: Can I return something I don’t quite like?

A: Absolutely you can. If the style doesn’t quite suit you or you’ve just had second thoughts, please use the return option in eBay. We even offer an extended 60-day return policy for added peace of mind.

Q: Do your items come boxed as in the pictures?

A: Of course they do. We wouldn’t dream of providing you with a product as good as ours and then simply mailing it to you in a plastic bag.

Q: I’ve bought a different colour connector. Are they easy to fit?

A: Really easy! Simply use the metal spring bar tool and follow the diagram in the photos.

Q: My item hasn’t arrived yet.

A: Unfortunately every now and again something goes missing. Usually, the Royal Mail locate the item and it arrives a few days later. 

Any missing item that hasn’t arrived within a week will be investigated further. We will report all lost / missing items with the Royal Mail who will launch an internal investigation. Even though we don’t use track and trace, the Royal Mail can still confirm whether or not it was posted.

Whilst the investigation is ongoing, unfortunately we cannot refund or provide a replacement until the investigation has been thoroughly conducted.
