Returns must be made within 14 days as per Ebay policy.

WRONGLY PURCHASED ITEMS

Items which are not required or wrongly purchased must be returned unused in their original packaging and buyer pays for the postage. We suggest you use a FULLY INSURED courier service as we cannot process a refund if the items are not received or lost. All items purchased by mistake or in error are subject to a 10% restocking fee (to cover the packaging, postage and eBay fees).

We do not accept any not required/wrongly purchased electrical items back (Including printed circuit board).

The cost of returning goods shall be the buyers responsibility. Carriage costs will NOT be refunded.

WRONGLY SENT ITEMS

We will either supply a stamped addressed return envelope or we will pay any postage costs, incurred and will offer a full refund or replacement.

FAULTY ITEMS

We reserve the right to test alleged faulty items by manufacturer before issuing a full refund or supplying a replacement. The manufacturer may require a qualified gas safe registered engineers report before issuing a refund.
