I offer free postage on all items.
Note that while it's free, the actual postage cost comes out of my own expense, which racks up quite the bill when sending hundreds of orders a month.

For low value smaller items
The free shipping is most often 1st class letter/large letter, which will typically take 2 working days for Royal Mail to deliver (from the dispatch date) Note - There is no tracking on standard 1st class. The expected delivery date is something eBay automatically upload and is an estimation only. It can be a couple of days longer if there are backlogs/delays in the area or during holidays, etc. So I kindly ask for your patience and understanding before resorting to opening a dispute after only a few days since the date of dispatch.

For the larger items
The free shipping is typically sent via tracked 48. This, of course, has a delivery aim of 2 working days from the dispatch date.

For anything urgent, I also offer upgrades for a quicker service at the checkout such as Tracked 24, as well as special delivery, so for anything urgent, I'd recommend those shipping options, especially if it's planned to be a last minute gift or a purchase during the Christmas season.
