We offer free standard delivery with all our orders, however Royal Mail, ParcelForce and our couriers doesn't work for free and we still pays them. Unfortunately due to the practise of the buyers to order products just to see and tried them, and then return them, we will charge re-stocking fee equals the initial dispatch postage for all non faulty returns.
We dispatch our orders every working day - here is the schedule: All orders on week days before 1:00pm will be dispatched on the same working day. All orders placed from 1:01pm will be dispatched the following day. If ordered after 1:00pm on a Friday the order will be dispatched Monday
We dispatch the orders every day as per our schedule, but we do not have control if the courier service has delays We can provide proof of postage for every order, but can't be held responsible for delayed accrued due to the delivery companies. Please make sure you leave enough time for your order to be delivered on time to avoid disappointments.
