Q. Why do your items often come without original box?
All our boots come from official factory Deckers outlet (UGG parental company) and are sold as is. Deckers outlet oftentimes does not provide original boxes to prevent unauthorized returns to UGG retail stores. There may be a small red/black marker line on the inside size tag placed by the outlet to prevent returns. This does not mean the product is defective. It's sole purpose is to prevent returns to retail stores.
