Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping (on certain items) which is only applicable to the 48 continental States. We will only ship to a confirmed PayPal address. Upon confirmation of payment, your item will be processed and shipped out within one business day. Tracking number will be added once the item has been processed and shipped. Please contact us if you have not received your tracking number or confirmation of delivery after one business day.
Return Policy
Any item purchased from us may be returned within 30 days from the initial purchase, provided that you notify us of your intention to do so within 2 days after the item was successfully delivered. The item must be returned immediately, in the condition in which it was received, including the original packaging, boxes, books, cards, hand tags, protective film intact, unworn, un-sized and un-used. The merchandise must be shipped fully insured for the full purchase price & with signature confirmation. We will not be responsible for lost packages during shipping process. Upon receipt of the returned item the package will be opened under video recording and restocked. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from purchase price at which point the refund will be processed.
