This auction is for a very smart looking Sterling Silver Decanter Bottle label pierced out for Madeira Wine which is always very nice to see but I believe this is quite a hard to find pattern in this condition which is just superb & unrestored, it needs a clean up but its very crisp and it has the full Birmingham Assay hallmark from 1892 by a very well known English Silversmith called George Unite, on the front within the design.
The assay silver marks are very fresh and overall its in superb original condition, needs a gentle clean but its exactly as its come from an old estate.
Size: approx 7 cm across not counting the loose top chain.
