Installation Instruction:

Please make sure your Thinkpad laptop has buildin WWAN antenna. Most of Thinkpads have pre-buildin WWAN antenna except the X1,X1E and some early manufacture P52, T480s (03/2018 to 07/2018). 

Before you install your WWAN card, please download Lenovo system update (APP you can find on Lenovo website) to upgrade the Bios firmware first. That is very important especially for early manufacture 6th Gen X1 carbon otherwise you will get big chance to damage the WWAN card.

Please make sure your laptop is completely shut down(Not in sleep or hibernate mode) before you install the card.

After you install the WWAN card, please run Lenovo system update software again to install and update the driver of WWAN card.
