How long does it take to repair ipads?

we need more time to do repair jobs due to C-19,hope you can understand.

Usually we can do same day or second day repair and send back ipad to you

after we receive your ipad.except weekend and holiday.

So please send your ipad to me as soon as possible after you buy this service.

Shipping:

We do not cover shipping of the item to us and back to you.

We are not responsible for any damages or lost items when being shipped to us. It will be your responsibility to make sure that item is properly packaged when shipped to us.

Warranty:

All repairs come with a 30 day warranty on the part and labor.

This warranty does not cover water damage,physical damage, or any pre-existing damage.

Backup:

Please perform a full data backup of your device. While this service does not affect your data in any way, occasionally issues outside of our control can occur. We will not be responsible for any data loss whatsoever.

Bent / Damaged Corners:

It is normally not a problem to repair iPads with bent corners, but doing this requires me to bend the corners back out. In order to allow the digitizer to fit correctly, if the corners are slightly dinged, they need to be bent out. Please do not expect your corners to look "like new" if they were damaged when the iPad was sent to me. These corners are a little rough after having to bend them out.

Testing of Device:

We are unable to test the repaired iPad if it is password protected.If you want us to test it before send it back to you. You must remove the password or send it with the iPad.Normally there aren't problems,but occasionally there are some issues.If there are functional issues when you receive the iPad back, i will fix the issues for you, but will not pay for the return shipping cost to have it fixed if the iPad is password protected not allowing us to test it.

Extra Items:

Please send only the ipad. Any original packing material, boxes, cases, etc will not be sent back with the ipad. Send the iPAD ONLY and any packing material you do not want returned.

Other issues:

This does not cover a home button. Each home button in unique to each ipad air 2 because of the touch Id. I will remove your home button from your original, and put it on the replacement. If the home button is damaged, I can use a replacement, but the Touch ID will no longer work. NOTE: For some iPad after disassembly, the touch ID will be unable to activate, and we are not responsible to that. that is apple's issue. many people has the same problem. PLEASE GOOGLE IT before you purchase this service.
