NEW Sealed Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue (Limited Edition?) PS4

This seems to be the Limited Edition version of this game, but without the black outer sleeve or Mickey pin. Not sure if there's some DLC associated with it, or what, but see the images to note there's a UPC sticker on the shrink wrap, covering the original UPC.
