From the time of sending your artwork, previews are usually available within 1 working day. Once you have received your preview, you can make any adjustment to the photo positioning before we print.

We do our best to check your image/artwork before printing. Please make sure any text, links, addresses or barcodes/QR codes are correct and working in the image you send us as we cannot be held responsible for errors in your source image.

Colours & shades can sometimes appear different in print than on-screen. This is due to the screen you are viewing the image on being backlit, which can often make colours appear brighter.

Items will be carefully packaged so they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. Shipped by your selected delivery method once we have received your photo and you have confirmed the poster preview we send to you.

Please note: We can only dispatch on time once we have received your photo & then you have approved your poster preview. We send a preview to allow you to adjust photo positioning on the poster before we print. Please check your eBay messages regularly as we have a fast turn around time.

Covid update: We are dispatching on time. However, there are still delays within the postal system. We hope your parcel arrives on time, but this means parcels may arrive after the estimated eBay delivery date. By purchasing this item you accept that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are unable to give refunds on parcels that arrive later than estimated. In the unlikely event a parcel is lost in the post we will of course replace or refund.
     

Returns policy                  
* If in the unlikely circumstance there's a problem with the product once it arrives, please contact us through eBay within 30 days, attaching images of the problem to your message. Once the item has been returned to us in the original packaging materials we can issue a refund.
