    We try to combine shipping as much as possible.  If you are buying multiple lots, we may be able to fit it all in one flat rate box to save you money (USA only).

    SHIPPING POLICY

    We ship 48 hours after payment is received.    We do everything possible to keep shipping costs low.   We will work with any customer to combine shipping on multiple lots as much as possible.  We usually determine the size of our lots based on what we can reasonably fit in a Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail box.    For international buyers and for lots that will not fit in one flat rate box, we offer shipping calculators and shipping carrier options.   We do not charge any handling fees.   We recommend USPS as the best, cheapest and fastest shipping option.   USPS Priority Mail can take 7 days to 30 days to reach international customers.   All international shipments go through customs which adds to the transit time.   If you are an international buyer, you may want to find out about customs fees from your post office before you make a purchase.   You are responsible for paying customs fees in your country.  Customs fees are not shipping fees.   We will not pay your customs fees.            

    RETURN POLICY

    WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG MERCHANDISE.  All of our orders are packed by people and checked for accuracy three times before shipping.   If in the unlikely circumstance you do receive the wrong order, you must send the merchandise back to us to receive a refund or a shipment of the correct merchandise. 

    Please don't hesitate to ask any question you may have before buying an item.   We try to photograph everything to the best of our ability, but you can’t tell everything from a photograph.   This is why we provide a full description for every listing.  Please read the description before buying any item.   If after you receive the item, you feel that it is not as described, please e-mail us and we will respond to your email immediately.   If the item is not incorrectly described, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ask all questions before buying.  

    UNPAID ITEMS

    We expect payment for all orders within ten (7) days.  We file an unpaid item claim with Ebay after 7 days.  You can still pay for the order after the claim is filed.   Please understand that people who buy merchandise and never pay for it create problems for us and the buyer as well.
