The hanging punching bag is the perfect option for boxers & MMA athletes. The pre-filled boxing bags are available in 2 sizes: 4ft & 4.6ft.

Improve your footwork, speed & endurance with these aerial punching bags. Constructed using high-quality microfibre leather & pre-filled with EPE foam to ensure the punchbag can withstand consistent impact. Supplied with a punching bag chain, the heavy-duty punch bag can be connected to all frame types (not included). As the chain has a 360° spinner it will not get tangled when in use. Ideal for all combat sport training sessions to improve agility & precision.
