Strong but not too much so for children. Adult supervision required.
Wood portion is approximately: 7" by 3.5" wide.

If you're worried about injury/safety, get those little ones started shooting marshmallows. Lots of fun! Easy to replace! Doesn't hurt when hit with them. You can do mini marshmallows, colored marshmallows, or large marshmallows. You can also use other not so hurtful items: ping pong balls, grapes, etc.
