We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may also need your purchase receipt details or any proof of purchase so we can fast track your return process.

Depending on the area you live we will use different couriers based on our experience for our deliveries. When your parcel is dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. 

Please note, that estimated delivery times can vary based on where you live and particularly over peak seasons ie Christmas. Each of our carriers has their own definition of what constitutes time of despatch, a working day or transit times. Most of our orders have an automatic signature on delivery assigned.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
