Good readable condition. Cover has an address label on the bottom corner. Pages are yellowed and have spots from foxing throughout. Cover and some pages have corners that are flipping up. Edges have wear - particularly around the staple. Some minor tears on the pages, but does not make it unreadable. Please see pictures for details.
