Due to unpleasant experiences with some buyers, we had to add the following comment: Please read the listing carefully before you buy. Under no circumstances should you buy and then ask questions.

If you find a contradiction in the listing, email us, do not buy until it has been clarified. If something seems too good to be true, it possibly is. Ask questions. We kindly request that you pay immediately after the close of the sale via PayPal.

All ship to addresses must be confirmed by PayPal. Tracking information is posted upon shipping.

Carrier Shipping FEES: We ship for FREE no hidden charges. Shipping is not a profit center for us.

Shipping: Shipping will include professional packing, insurance and delivery to a physical address via UPS or the Postal Service, to the lower 48 states. We WILL NOT falsify Customs values, so please do not ask.

Damage Claims: Occasionally items will break during transit. We do not ship items that are broken or damaged unless otherwise disclosed in the description. We pack securely but have no control of handling once the item leaves our possession. All items need to be inspected within 1 day of receipt. If something arrives damaged you should let us know within 3 days so that we can file a claim. No exceptions, and please do not tell us that we shipped it with damage.

Keep all packing materials & the broken item. Please email us several good photos of the broken item and the carton. Please do not give us negative feedback because the item was damaged by the carrier; this is not fair to us. All claims will be filed by us; please communicate within 3 days so we can facilitate this.

Return shipping: is at your expense if you choose to return an item. Upon occasion something just is not right, we understand that. Refunds are for the value of the item and does not cover shipping and is given once we receive the item back.

Feedback: We will post like kind feedback, after the customer receives and inspects the shipment and leaves feedback for us. We strive for 5 STAR Ratings on our sales. Please contact us if you have a problem. PLEASE do not leave negative comments, feedback or ASSUME the worst without contacting us first.

A Word About Item Condition: Many of our items are the result of Estate Sales or other finds and as such may not be in MINT condition. The item description is not always all inclusive only major or gross flaws may be noticed and disclosed. Expect each item to have some wear consistent with being previously owned. We do our best to describe each item including any flaws or damage; however we are not experts on every item that we list. So if a particular aspect or condition is important to you, please ask questions.
