Please fell free to contact us before returning any item.   All items should be reurned before 7 days expired and please insure they are in good condition for second selling.   For LCDs --please keep the screen protector and re-apply to the LCD screen to protect it if returned.   ALL LCDs have various markings to identify them as ours.These markings need to be present on returned items to verify them as being ours.   We may request to see photographic evidence to support any claim of damage to an item, this can help to resolve problems more quickly.
